Group Rate/Booking:
– $110 for rooms with two queens, $115 for rooms with one King bed. Suites will need to be booked separately by calling the hotel directly. The Hotel’s room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 13.25%) in effect at the time of check out.

Transportation/On-site Parking
The hotel is located about 4 miles NW of the Reagan Washington Airport, about 24 miles SE of the Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD), and about 37 miles SW of the Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI). There is no hotel shuttle from these airports. You will need to arrange your own transportation to the hotel. Our negotiated rate for on-site parking is $15.00 daily.

We have a block of 20 rooms set aside for our group. Reservations must be made prior to the cutoff date and/or before the block is full, whichever comes first, in order to guarantee availability of the room block and discounted group rate. Reservations made after the cutoff date will be accommodated based on availability at the best available rate.
Registration
Download and complete this form, and return it to the Treasurer, Carolyn McKinney, with your registration fee. This fee covers your dues, t-shirt, our meeting room cost, and any planned events. Alternatively, you may also complete this form to register for the reunion. With this option, you’ll need to tally up your registration fee and either mail a check to Carolyn, or send your payment via PayPal.com to mecreunion@gmail.com.
