66th Annual Reunion – Chattanooga, TN

The 66th Annual McKinney-Ellis Clan Reunion will be held in Chattanooga, Tennessee!

Reunion dates: Thursday, July 27, 2017 through Sunday, July 30, 2017.

Transportation/On-site Parking
The hotel is located about 15 miles from the Chattanooga Metro Airport (CHA), also known as Lovell Field. There is no shuttle from the airport. You will need to arrange your own transportation to the hotel. On-site parking is available at $8.00 a night, with in and out privileges.

Group Rate/Booking:
– $169 for both King and Queen suites
Tax is an additional 17.25 % per room per night.

We have a block of 20 rooms set aside for our group.  Reservations must be made prior to the cutoff date and/or before the block is full, whichever comes first, in order to guarantee availability of the room block and discounted group rate.  Reservations made after the cutoff date will be accommodated based on availability at the best available rate.

Registration
Download and complete this form, and return it to the Treasurer, Carolyn McKinney, with your registration fee. This fee covers your dues, t-shirt, the cost of the hospitality room, and any planned events.  You may also complete the form below, indicating you are attending the reunion, along with your desired t-shirt sizes and quantity. With this option, you’ll need to calculate your fee and either mail a check to Carolyn, or send your payment via PayPal.com to mecreunion@gmail.com.
