Make your reservations by Friday, July 1, 2016 to receive the special rate. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the hotel’s prevailing rates. Also, if you wish to book a night before the reunion starts, or stay an extra day or two, the hotel will honor our discounted rate for three (3) days before or after our scheduled date block.
